Naturopathic Cupping

This vacuum therapy helps open up blood and lymph channels and can improve circulation throughout the body. Cupping can also help release layers of tissue that get stuck together due to high muscle tension or limited mobility.

Hot Stone Massage

Heated smooth volcanic stones are used to massage away your stress and tension. The heat from the stones improves local circulation, which helps nourish and heal the soft tissues of your body. This treatment is useful for relief of tension and stress in an exceptionally soothing way.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage has a range of goals: improve flexibility and balance, enhance performance, prevent injury, recover after an event or workout, tone up for an event, or rehabilitate from injury.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is normally conducted in side-lying position. We'll get you comfortable and stable using pillows then safely and effectively work out deep tissue tension, promote circulation and mobility, and release stress and anxiety.
