Welcome to Zazen Massage & Wellness! (formerly Liam O’Reilly Massage Therapy)

Please note the name of your practitioner when you are booking so you can find the correct room when you arrive. Their name will be posted on either suite 505 or 511 when you arrive for your appointment.

All fees listed below with RMTs are plus HST (no HST applied to treatments with our Naturopathic Doctor: Thep)

Rates for some of our services are changing on March 1, 2025. The new rates apply to appointments that occur on or after March 1 even if they were booked in advance. Current and new rates are posted on the Fees page of ZazenMW.com.

Don’t see a date/time in the schedule that works for you? Add yourself to waitlist and we’ll get in touch asap if something comes available.

If you are visiting us on Sundays or Holidays, the front door to the building will be locked, so please come around to the back door of the building via the parking lot.

Payment methods: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Email Money Transfer or Cash. Insurance receipt provided for all treatments.

24 hour notice is required for any change or cancellation. We reserve the appointment just for you, so a late cancellation leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. The full appointment fee applies and no insurance receipt can be issued. If another patient fills the appointment, we can waive the fee.

Hot Stone Massage

Heated smooth volcanic stones are used to massage away your stress and tension. The heat from the stones improves local circulation, which helps nourish and heal the soft tissues of your body. This treatment is useful for relief of tension and stress in an exceptionally soothing way.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage has a range of goals: improve flexibility and balance, enhance performance, prevent injury, recover after an event or workout, tone up for an event, or rehabilitate from injury.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is normally conducted in side-lying position. We'll get you comfortable and stable using pillows then safely and effectively work out deep tissue tension, promote circulation and mobility, and release stress and anxiety.

Liam left the corporate world to pursue a career in massage therapy because he wanted an active career helping people to be happy and healthy.

He specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and TMJ Therapy, but he also enjoys mixing it up with gentler services like soothing Swedish as appropriate for his patients. Liam’s massage style is slow, focused and methodical so no point of tension or imbalance is left untreated.

In his spare time, Liam loves playing volleyball and other sports, travelling, beach time, and learning new things about how the mind and body work.

Liam graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2017 and has been a practising RMT since 2018. He is a member in good standing of the CMTO and RMTAO.
